THE RAISING AUSTRALIA HISTORY

Raising Australia is a specialist raise-drilling contractor within the Byrnecut Group

Formed in 2005, it has grown over the past 18 years to offer a diverse fleet of machines suitable for any project. Our industry leading systems and training programs ensure that we achieve maximum levels of safety, whilst delivering quality services on timely production targets.

November 2005

Purchased 2 second hand Robbins 61R low profile raise drills from Mt Isa Mines.

June 2008

Took delivery of new Atlas Copco Robbins 123RHC low profile, high capacity raise drill.

December 2008

Purchased 2 second hand Robbins 56R low profile raise drills.

December 2013

Designed and manufactured the Weller 724 Mobile Boxhole borer.

October 2017

Took delivery of the first Australian Sandvik-TRB Rhino 100HM Boxhole machine.

 

September 2018

Took delivery of 2nd Sandvik-TRB Rhino 100HM Boxhole machine.

October 2018

Took delivery of 3rd Sandvik-TRB Rhino 100HM Boxhole machine.

 

February 2020

Took delivery of Sandvik Conventional drilling module for Rhino 100HM.

 

July 2020

Took delivery of 4th Sandvik-TRB Rhino 100HM Boxhole machine.

 

August 2020

Purchased second hand Atlas Copco Robbins 73RMDC mid sized raise drill.

November 2020

Took delivery of 5th Sandvik-TRB Rhino 100HM Boxhole machine.

Took delivery of 2nd Sandvik Conventional drilling module for Rhino 100HM.

 

March 2021

Took delivery of 6th Sandvik-TRB Rhino 100HM Boxhole machine.

Took delivery of 3rd Sandvik Conventional drilling module for Rhino 100HM.

 

November 2021

Took delivery of new Epiroc Robbins 92RHC high capacity raise drill.

March 2023

Took delivery of 7th Sandvik-TRB Rhino 100HM Boxhole machine.
